Lakeshore Leadership Development Institute (LLDI)

This internal College opportunity helps participants further develop individual, team, and organizational leadership skills and strengthen their knowledge of leadership practices specific to LTC. LLDI provides the opportunity to better understand individual leadership styles through assessments, coaching, and other learning activities.
