Earners are knowledgeable of detailed information about how the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) must be implemented in the workplace, not only to achieve OSHA compliance, but to achieve quality expectations of business partners. Knowledge includes hazard recognition, hazard avoidance and abatement, prevention, and safety management. In addition, earners are knowledgeable about employer responsibilities and worker rights.
