The Insight to Inclusive Leadership Facilitator badge is assigned to Facilitators that have completed the Latino Leadership Institute facilitator training and become responsible for virtually facilitating a six-module series on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for our clients. Our facilitators work to empower our clients to push themselves out of their comfort zone and work together to address the challenges of DEI at their workplace.

Earning Criteria

Ability to design a learning environment where all participants are engaged in the sessions. Strong relationship-building skills to develop strong relationship-building skills that allow participants to have transparent and potentially uncomfortable conversations. Ability to motivate and empower others to move forward with change. Excellent listening and communication skills, excellent facilitation and networking skills across industries, demographics, and organization sizes.

A minimum of 3 years experience in facilitation, consulting, and leadership development.

Participate in the Facilitator Training Institute to become certified in the Latino Leadership Institute Insight to Inclusive Leadership program.
