They have demonstrated consistent leadership skills & made a measurable contribution as a leader. They have been a mentor to another student with leadership aspirations, or taken responsibility for training other students or taken a lead role in driving one school activity. They have completed a self-reflection on their leadership role/s.

Awarded a formal leadership role within the School, or voluntarily takes the lead in a School endorsed area.
Completed three or more School years in which they have undertaken a leadership role.
Mentored another student with leadership aspirations, or taken responsibility for training other students or taken a lead role in driving one school activity.
Completes a self reflection that demonstrates what has been learned and achieved. The application includes a reference from a teacher.
