Lean Agile Institute Certified Agile Coach Course is a 21-hours intensive learning to become a Certified Agile Coach, who is well equipped with leading Agile Transformation and Coaching Agile Teams in Agile Principles and Practices. This course trains the learners in the Agile Competencies that includes Professional Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching and Facilitation. The Course provides the learners with various real life tools for Team Assessment and Team Development and for creating Contracts.

The Assessment is done by the Trainer during the course and is based on the participation, engagement that the learners bring to the class. There is also verbal assessment done throughout the class using quizzes and Knowledge Check to assess the understanding of the learners.
