Lean Agile Institute Certified DevOps Coach Course is a 21-hours intensive learning to become a Certified DevOps Coach, who is well equipped with leading DevOps Transformation and Coaching the entire organization in DevOps Principles and Practices. This course trains the learners in the DevOps Coaching Competency Model that includes Professional Coaching, Lean Coaching and Organizational and Team Coaching. The course also teaches the learners, skills to deal with resistance and conflicts.

The Assessment is done by the Trainer during the course and is based on the participation, engagement that the learners bring to the class. There is also verbal assessment done throughout the class using quizzes and Knowledge Check to assess the understanding of the learners.
