Lean Agile Institute Certified Enterprise Agile Coach Course is a 21-hours intensive learning to become a Certified Enterprise Agile Coach, who is well equipped with leading Lean-Agile Transformation and Coaching the entire organization in Lean and Agile Principles and Practices. This course trains the learners in the Enterprise Agile Coaching Competency Framework that includes Professional Coaching, Lean-Agile Coaching, Organizational and Systems Coaching and Executive and Leadership Coaching.

The Assessment is done by the Trainer during the course and is based on the participation, engagement that the learners bring to the class. There is also verbal assessment done throughout the class using quizzes and Knowledge Check to assess the understanding of the learners.
