Earning Criteria

Conducts front-end analysis (FEA) based on stakeholder requirements to determine learning gaps and opportunities. Document requirements and makes recommendations on possible learning inventions based on these findings.

Based on the FEA findings, design and develop a block or unit of instruction using one or more of the four learning theories (behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and connectivism).

Validate instruction by conducting small group tryouts.
