A Call for Social Justice

Societal systemic practices exist and cause harm. This training explores past and current systemic practices responding with methods to reduce harm and foster inclusiveness. Restorative and transformational practices will foster a psychologically safe space during the training. Combined traditional and active learning opportunities will guide individuals toward social justice engagement related to their personal interest and experiences.

Earning Criteria

Restorative and transformational practices such as personal reflection, deep listening, extended silence and communication parameters for confidentiality fosters a psychologically safe space. A combined approach of traditional and active learning opportunities will guide individuals toward social justice engagement related to their personal interest and experiences. After completion you become a Social Justice Squad Member and work actively on campus, or through personal and community endeavors.
