This 4-hour interactive workshop held on Wednesday October 4, 2023 defined coaching and discussed the benefits of coaching in the workplace, including the impact generations have on coaching. The overall coaching process was reviewed, and role play scenarios were used to reinforce learnings and review the key actions needed for different coaching scenarios.
