Earners of the Lumify Work Facilitation Practitioner course badge have completed instructor-led training in Facilitation accredited by APMG. This course teaches how to apply facilitation principles and practice in situations addressing Tasks in Uncertainty, as well as managing groups that might not have sufficient Process experience. A successful practitioner will have learned a range of models, tools & techniques, and more importantly be able to ‘hear’ which one to use in real situations.
