Managers are pivotal to our business success. They model our culture, coach and develop talent, and create an environment where people feel included and cared about. The M365 CORE Aspiring Manager Cohort is designed to help our participants gain the skills and capabilities to become an excellent manager while determining if the manager track aligns with their career goals. Each Cohort is 10 weeks long. The earner of this badge was a mentor for our US/LatAm Cohort 3 - April '23 to June '23.

Earning Criteria

Our mentors are essential to the success of each Aspiring Managers Cohort. Each mentor is paired to an IC that is L64+ and performing above expectations at their current level. During the 10-week Cohort, the expected mentor time commitment is +/- 2 to 3 hours a week— for manager mentorship and shadowing opportunities for their assigned mentee.
