Earning Criteria

Our V-team leads a Cohort that is designed for ICs who are L64+ and performing above expectations at their current level. There is about 2 months of preparation time required prior to kicking off each 10-week Cohort program. Plus, a commitment of +/- 4 to 5 hours a week— for attendance of the weekly drivers sync, drafting each session topic/plan, creation of presentation deck, preparation of participant homework, and leading the weekly participant cohort meetings and associated discussions.
