Learners develop, practice, & apply management skills and tactics to create a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace. Topics include working with diverse others; bias, stereotypes, & workplace harassment; perceiving & regulating emotions; providing continuous feedback; and conducting coaching/performance evaluations. Also emphasized is development of Emotional Intelligence (EI), including self-assessment, and learning & applying specific techniques to improve each element of EI.
