This series of 3 courses covers the nuts and bolts of brewing, teaches key scientific knowledge and provides hands-on brewing experience and beer flavor evaluation under the supervision of an experienced brewer. This comprehensive course of study also helps prepare students for Cicerone and Beer Judge Certification.
