Upskill to Food Technology Teaching

This program will provide the basic skills to deliver practical food studies classes safely and correctly. The workshop will cover everything from cooking demonstrations, to kitchen hazards, kitchen classroom operation and class timing. It will also be an opportunity to share teaching tips and to work collegiality to share ideas and lesson plans and update curriculum and resources.
