The purpose of the Center for Institutional and Organizational Learning (CIOL) is to prepare Miami Dade College employees develop the skills needed for current jobs, assist them in effectively responding to job changes and prepare them for future job requirements. CIOL is committed to supporting the training and development needs of MDC's faculty, staff and administrators.
