Learners have successfully completed a 40-hour program covering the fundamental concepts of Business Process Management. The 18 module course covers Business Process Management Concepts, particularly in relation to the areas of Business Process Management Life Cycle, Enterprise Process Management, Process Identification & Discovery. Learners have introductory knowledge of ARIS and have developed analytical thinking, problem solving, conceptual thinking, and systems thinking.

Passed three end-of-week quizzes with a score of at least 70%
Received a satisfactory grade in a course project on customer journey analysis evaluated by a UNSW expert
