Learners have successfully completed a 40-hour course covering the fundamental concepts of Process Modelling in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). The 15-module course covers an Introduction to Business Modelling, Process Modelling using BPMN, SIPOC diagrams, building and connecting business models from value stream, process model quality assurance, introduction to visual and critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Received a satisfactory grade in a course project producing a Current State Process Design Report evaluated by a UNSW expert
