The learner will be able to execute standard best practices within the MercuryGate TMP for Customer Invoicing level 1. Beginning with an overview introduction to MercuryGate platform to ensure the learner has an overall understanding of MercuryGate’s TMP. The learner will have hands on experience with the standard lifecycle of generating a customer invoice to a credit and rebill cycle to reviewing open charges. Once passed, the learner will have end-user experience.
