Resident advisors were trained on how to effectively learn and utilize The Housing Director, a third-party database to review personal student data, input data entries, and manage a group of residential rooms.

Resident advisors were trained on how to effectively complete a walk around a residential building taking note of furniture inventory, issues with facilities, and vandalism. Through this training resident advisors learned what is necessary to appropriately open a residential hall.

Resident advisors were trained on accountability and follow-up that occurs with the office of community standards when a policy violation is reported. They were taught the importance of documentation and learned how to utilize a third party reporting database to document and track policy violations.

Report Writing - 1 hour Resident advisors were taught to effectively document incidents for mental health crises, policy violations, vandalism, Title IX, and facilities issues. They were taught how to consolidate information while effectively providing accurate information for each report type requires.
