Self Care for New Community Professionals

This 90-minute session focuses on managing stress, professional boundary setting, and work-life balance. Participants will identify dimensions of self-care and challenges to self-care and they will be supported to develop a self-care plan. Strategies, tools, and resources pertinent to wellness will be provided and there will be opportunities to try out some of these practices within the session. The focus will be on proactive planning and ongoing assessment to avoid burnout.
