Volunteer Engagement

The volunteer engagement workshop is delivered to participants who currently or are expected to design, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate a volunteer engagement program. To earn the badge, the participants complete a four-hour workshop that aims to improve their knowledge and skills in logic models as an outcomes-based approach to project design and evaluation. Participants who earn the badge gain the confidence and competence to utilize the logic model to evaluate volunteer management.
