The Problem Definition (PD) course develops an understanding of workplace problems, including the What, Why, When, Where, and Who, and circulation and sign-off. This is a critical and often overlooked aspect of problem solving and project management to avoid the persistence of problems and wasted effort. Participants complete am assessed Problem Definition, learning the difficulty and value of clearly defining a problem and so improving their ability to solve problems.
