Earners of the Microsoft CSS Trainer badge have completed coursework in Microsoft Core Training Skills Workshop and Facilitation Skills Workshop and have applied the ROPES model to successfully design and deliver training. They understand basic adult learning methodologies and how these shape our training philosophy and applies CSS training delivery expectations.
