Earners of the Customer Success Data & AI Data Science Insider badge have a deep level of technical expertise in how to assess, design and implement a Data Science solution through AI Services. They have demonstrated technical mastery through a comprehensive multi-month program, which includes eleven technical sessions, knowledge checks, and a hands-on delivery phase.

Earning Criteria

  • Participants attended eleven technical sessions, on Data Science and AI covering the following topics:  Data Science Life Cycle, AML + Synapse, Databricks, and Cognitive Services and competed in the Data Science challenge solving a business problem.
  • After completing technical training sessions, the participant moves to the hands-on delivery phase of the Insider Program.  This phase is focused on real-world application of the acquired technical knowledge to implement customer scenarios or execute and participate in the AI WAF pilot. Initially, the participant shadows their mentor and then leads a customer technical session. Upon a successful evaluation by their mentor, the participant earns the Insider badge.
