To earn a Tier 1 badge, a Champ must lead at least 10 Copilot Enablement Activities, which can include trainings or demos of Copilot to an internal audience of five or more people. This tier is designed to recognize the initial efforts of Champs in spreading knowledge and expertise about Copilot within Microsoft.
