Earning Criteria

• Must author or co-author at least 1 article.
• The author or co-author must submit the request to author an article through the GitHub Issues repository.
• An article can have a maximum of two authors (one primary author and one co-author, or two co-authors).
• The author and co-authors must use the same email address when submitting to receive consecutive awards (higher levels). If an author or co-author requires their email address to be updated or changed, or submitted using two different names/email addresses, they must email bizprocessguides@microsoft.com to have the details updated in our system. Authors and co-authors can belong to any organization.
• The article must be authored and submitted through the Learn article submission process.
• The article must be reviewed and approved by one or more Microsoft employees. All submitted articles are subject to edits made by Microsoft. Any article that is rejected may be resubmitted after requested changes are made.
• Author must agree to the Microsoft Open Source Code of Conduct when they submit the request in GitHub.
• Author, co-author, and technical reviewer names must be included in the Contributors section of the submitted article.
