Building Consulting Product Management Capabilities (Fundamentals)

This programme provides a series of courses to prospective new Consulting Product Managers (CPdMs), so they will be able to identify, develop and implement product strategy that delivers differentiated customer value. A CPdM Fundamentals credential will be issued on successful completion of an assessment at the end of the programme. A CPdM Practitioner credential is available following a period of shadowing after this course, so that CPdMs can operate independently with customers.

Earning Criteria

Completion of the 9 training courses of the Building Consulting Product Management Capabilities Programme and successful completion of the assessment.

Completion of each module assessment and the assessment at the end of the programme.

Taking the fundamentals learned in the course to deliver to actual customers whilst shadowed by a CPdM Practitioner

Consulting Product Management is a persona not a role. You will need to ensure your line manager supports your efforts to take on this persona as part of your main role.
