This programme is for prospective new Consulting Product Managers (CPdMs), so they will be able to identify, develop and implement product strategy that delivers differentiated customer value. A CPdM Fundamentals credential is issued on successful completion of an assessment at the end of the online training. This CPdM Practitioner credential is available following a period of shadowing, and after demonstration that the CPdMs can operate independently with customers.

Earning Criteria

Completion of the 9 training courses of the Building Consulting Product Management Capabilities Programme and successful completion of the assessment.
Completion of the Fundamentals course and then this CPdM Practitioner credential is available following a period of shadowing, and after demonstration that the CPdMs can operate independently with customers.
Consulting Product Management is a persona not a role. You will need to ensure your line manager supports your efforts to take on this persona as part of your main role.
