Earning Criteria

Attended at least 2 Expert led Learning Sessions geared towards sales & solution expertise in selling Frontline Worker in FY25
Led, presented and/or co-hosted and/or actively participated in at least 2 knowledge sharing sessions relating to Frontline Worker in FY25
Completed the SRG Sales Fundamentals and/OR Demo2Win courses
Best Practice Sharing – share learnings with the MW DES community on wins, losses, compete, technical expertise, etc to increase knowledge across the global community after July 1st, 2024 in either a Community Call, Teams or other forum accessible to all folks in the community.
Leadership & Mentorship – helping to increase expertise and knowledge across the global community by mentoring a peer, leading a study group, responding to the global community Teams & chat questions, hosting community syncs, and similar efforts to drive positive impact for our community to thrive in FY25
Attended and actively participated in at least 2 Global DES Monthly Community Calls in FY25
Won a top % deal in an expansion, upsell, brand new and/or compete opportunity to Frontline Worker solution in FY25
Led and/or co-hosted and/or put together a session/webinar with a partner for customers (Training on Workload, POC with a partner, “in a day workshop”, Lunch & Learn, etc) and/OR landed a co-sell deal with a partner in FY25
