The badge earner can lead 50+ people in live Q&A sessions or provide asynchronous support via discussion boards on various Microsoft Power Platform areas displaying technical expertise. They can also assess & provide feedback on learner projects. The badge earner is able to motivate learners as they go through the program. Valid for 6 months upon issuance.

Earning Criteria

This badge is awarded to champs who have earned a minimum of 250 contribution points over the last 6 months. These contribution points are calculated based on your overall volunteering effort. Champs can earn 15 points each for: leading a 1hr live session or grading 1 final app challenge submissions and earn 10 points for 1 solution on the community board and 5 points for 1 reply on the community board.
