This training equips them with the skills to accelerate AI and Copilot Governance and Adoption capabilities at the execution level for customer delivery.

Earning Criteria

  • In order to earn this badge, the CCX CSA must complete the required sessions of the training program by having engaged, online or offline, in the following sessions: 1) AI Vision and Strategy; 2) AI and Copilot Adoption; 3) AI Ethics and Compliance; 4) Data Governance to Accelerate AI & Copilot; 5) Open AI Data Management; 6) AI Governance: Ensuring Effective Oversight; 7) AI Security & Monitoring; and 8) Security Copilot.
  • CCX CSAs pursuing this badge, must have completed the Attendance Attestation form in order to validate their training completion with their managers.
