• Must be a Microsoft full-time employee.
• The nominee provided opportunities for the new hire to Job Shadow.
• The nominee shared experiences, best practices, lessons learned, a Day in the Life.
• The nominee provided insight into relevant stakeholders, sales processes, how to navigate the matrix of different organizations and roles.
• They assisted with tools, processes, role tasks, etc.
• They introduced the new hire to their network and helped them build a global network within the broader community.
• The nominee shared role-related resources (i.e. Teams sites, communities, etc.)
• They helped answer questions related to being a new hire in their role.
