  • Completion of HORT 134- Greenhouse Production, a 3 credit college-level course.**OR** HORT 152- Greenhouse Production/Spring, a 3 credit college-level course.
  • Completion of CULART-111- Garde Manger, a 1 credit college-level course.
  • Completion of CULART-118- Sustainable Food Communities, a 1 credit college-level course.
  • Completion of DIETNT-120- Nutrition for Living, a 3 credit college-level course.
  • Completion of the SERV Safe Food Handler credential **OR** successful completion of ONE of the following 2-credit college-level courses: DIETNT-106- Food Service Sanitation OR CULMGT-112 Food Service Sanitation
  • All badge costs are paid via tuition associated with courses within the badge. Badges are issued to those who complete these courses with a letter grade of C or better.
