Leadership Development Program

This Leadership Program is a series of six seminars designed to help individuals enhance their professional and personal skill sets. This highly interactive program is designed to develop stronger and better working relationships and ultimately increase teamwork and collaboration on campus and beyond. Participants will develop improved communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, mindfulness practices, and relationship building expertise in order to enhance their leadership development.

Complete Myer-Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire.

Participate in active listening exercise.

Complete 360 evaluation.

Participate in a group project aimed at developing and implementing a campus improvement initiative. Present this project to senior leadership.
