The Emerging Leaders program intends to accelerate foundational leadership development for high potential employees who are new or aspiring leaders. This program is aligned to our values and the expected behaviors for effective leaders at Molson Coors. The objective is to build a foundation of knowledge and tools to lead teams in a high-performance culture.

Earning Criteria

Emerging Leaders will learn about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Change. They will have an opportunity to connect these habits and change management principles to our effective leadership behaviors. Topics explored include self-awareness, authenticity, grit, situational leadership, continuous improvement, coaching, and empathy. At the end of the program, they will complete a Learning in Action Plan laying out their commitments following the program.

Participants will complete self-paced weekly assignments and come together for cohort connect session in between learning sessions. They will also have an opportunity to meet with their assigned accountability partners. Emerging Leaders will learn topics such as time management, holding others accountable, change, delegating, managing difficult conversations, well-being and more through both self-paced learning and group exercises/discussions.
