The PACE program enables our efforts to build diverse talent and create inclusion aligned to MCBC’s DEI strategy. It is designed for women to develop at MCBC who have the potential and aspirations to be a people leader. Development is ignited through cross functional collaboration, action learning projects, and exposing participants to leadership practices.

This program will help participants:• Gain an understanding of leadership at MCBC • Complete a 360 assessment and identify their ‘TAP’ (Talent, passions, and aspirations) to inform their career path and future development • Build or sustain confidence in their personal leadership identity

Participants will work in teams on an integrated business project while building leadership skills and capabilities. Project teams will be assigned a project sponsor and peer coach for support. A final presentation to executive leadership will be required to propose their solution and/or findings of their assigned project.

This is a hybrid program with virtual and in-person sessions over 6 months. The program includes 4 learning sessions, 2 meetings with the executive sponsor, and a graduation presentation. There are also several homework requirements throughout the program. The program begins in May and ends in November. Travel may be required, and the program is hosted in English. Please note: Participants will be required to spend time outside of scheduled sessions to complete the integrated business project.
