Process Leads who have earned this badge have demonstrated strong performance in key skill areas and developed impactful leadership capability as critical frontline leaders.

Block 1 (3 weeks of virtual, distance learning): Various skill-building topics, culture, goals and leadership fundamentals

Live week of production equipment optimization learning

Block 2 (1 week of skill application sharing): participants present back their learnings from Block 1 and receive feedback from peers and subject matter experts.

Participants work in teams to select a project that is tied to improving a critical business need. With the support of an executive sponsor and coach, teams work together to develop an actionable plan to decrease or eliminate a production challenge. The teams then present to a panel of leaders a summary of the project, an explanation of the plan and actions taken, the results, and any important learnings and takeaways they were able to implement.
