The SLP program focuses on growing talent for the commercial organizations across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Participants will gain an understanding of the differences and similarities of our 3 business units, as well as gain exposure to our most senior leaders through happy hours and a mentorship program. The curriculum will focus on advancing competencies in Leadership, Solutions Selling, Influence & Negotiations, Financial Management and Understanding of Supply Chain.

Earning Criteria

Participants will complete the 3-day “Strategy of Leadership” program at Kellogg School of Management

Participants will be assigned a real business issue and be required to develop an innovative solution to be presented to Senior Commercial Leaders for implementation, at graduation.

Participants will spend 1 week in each Business Unit—U.S., Canada and LATAM.
