Human Centred Design Thinking is a user-centric problem-solving process built on empathy, ideation, and rapid prototyping, used widely across industry. Learners work in teams to create a prototype solution to a challenge. This practical workshop requires teams to use both technical and non-technical skills including Critical & Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication, Teamwork and Resilience. The session ends with a discussion on how the process can be set-up in their organisation.
