Module 1: Emotional Intelligence - Learn how to perceive, use, understand and manage emotions to help yourself and others to connect and communicate effectively, make decisions, and manage stress, pressure and conflict. By better understanding and meeting human emotional needs, you can build relationships that inspire productivity and commitment.

Module 2: Managing Conflict - Identify your preferred conflict-handling style as well as the other conflict handling styles that exist and recognise when and how to use them when dealing with conflict. Develop strategies to manage conflict by structuring an action plan for implementation in the workplace.

Module 3: Continuous Improvement - Learn how to apply continuous improvement as an ongoing, never-ending effort to improve products, services or processes through observation and solving problems. Engage all team members and as their leader, develop the team by coaching them to take strong ownership of the process and results.
