Earning Criteria

To qualify for this badge, teams must have been selected for the top 8 out of their cohort in the Sustainable Cities program. They have worked in teams to create exceptional designs and demonstrated excellent storytelling and communication skills. These top 8 groups have been invited to present their projects at the Pitch 2 Panel competition to a panel of experts from government, academia, and industry sectors.

During the competition, the top 8 teams will put their pitching skills to the test as they communicate their designs to a panel of experts. They have spent the term working on a sustainable path forward for their allocated underperforming cities. They will have 10 minutes to present their work in a live presentation. The panel will assess their designs, methodology, and presentation skills.
Standards
Earned by achieving an exceptional standard of quality through the Sustainable Cities program. During this endevor, students have received a description of a city in decline and have developed a plan to revitalise the city including: Economic, Societal and Enviromental factors.
