Civics and Citizenship Professional Learning Program

Earners of the Civics and Citizenship Professional Learning Program have undertaken a short course that aims to enhance teacher capacity to implement the Victorian Curriculum Civics and Citizenship Levels 3–10 with special attention to the development of political, legal and sociological pedagogical content knowledge in the curriculum. They have enhanced capacity in implementing and teaching the Victorian Curriculum Civics and Citizenship Levels 3–10.

Earning Criteria

Complete the quizzes. This requires the completion of set quizzes relating to content knowledge in the Victorian Curriculum Civics and Citizenship Levels 3–10.
Submit a learning and teaching plan. This requires the submission of a learning and teaching plan at the conclusion of the program which incorporates content, pedagogy and application of the Victorian Curriculum Civics and Citizenship Levels 3–10.
