They are competent in: translating key trends in health leadership to their health organisation; fostering greater leadership alignment across different organisational layers; and applying insights from neuroscience and behavioural science to individual and team decision-making, interactions and environments.

Pass the assignment ‘Organisational Analysis’. This assignment requires the analysis and summary of how key trends are likely to influence your organisation and the key shifts you’d recommend as areas of focus by 2030. This assignment is required in one of the two submission formats: A written response between 1400 to 1600 words; a video response between 5-7 minutes.

Pass the assignment ‘Team dashboard and action plan’. This assignment requires demonstration of the application of core models introduced during the course to the individual’s own team.

Completion of the reflective journal. This assessment requires the completion and submission of weekly reflective journals.
