Participants of the Alumni to Student Mentoring program have developed their leadership skills through mentoring to make a positive impact on a student's life. They are competent in student mentoring, developing their leadership skills and supporting a student by sharing their knowledge and experience.

Earning Criteria

Dedicated a minimum of 7 hours to your role as a mentor. Attended and participated in an online induction event in the first week (or watched the video afterwards). Participated in three to four video meetings with your mentee. Assisted your mentee in expanding their professional networks. Tick off all tasks and log meetings in Chronus after the final meeting.
