The Foundational badge is awarded to student leaders who have demonstrated understanding and behavioral competencies as outlined in MRU’s student leadership development framework. They have learned to align behaviors and values to exhibit good role modeling, involved others in the creation of common goals, empowered other students to take positive and productive risks through critical- and creative-thinking, and they encouraged others to reach their potential through teamwork and leadership.
