Recipients of the Human Resources Consulting Badge have participated in an experiential consulting program through the University of Tennessee MSMHR. In applying their expertise to the sponsoring organization's HR challenge, they put into practice a range of consultative skills. They conducted exploratory research, examined best practices, developed a collaborative relationship with the sponsor, and generated actionable recommendations.
