SHRM – CP, CAPM, Professional Skills - Case Competitor, MSMHR Consulting Project, SHRM Conference, TN-SHRM conference or local SHRM conference, ETPMI membership and attendance, Leadership or mentorship program, Local SHRM Membership and Participation, Join and attend the TVHRA, Ethics / Diversity Training Complete 2 of the above programs or complete 1 of the above programs and have 8 hours of documented development activities (webinars, etc).
