Earning Criteria

• Earners complete a ten week course on event management.
• Earners apply to local council to secure a grant for the festival.
• Earners plan and curate an artist line up that will attract a capacity audience to a local music venue. They develop a budget for the event, manage costs and maximise income. Earners communicate with booking agents to secure the talent. Develop worksheets and agreements to be distributed to venue, artists and management. Operate the festival in a professional manner that ensures the safety of the patrons. Debrief and analyse the festival to make recommendations for future Bloom Festivals.
